1. Entrants must be over 18 years old and must hold a valid passport with any necessary visas.
2. The employees of Imaginative Traveller, and associated companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the competition are not permitted to enter.
3. Entry to the the prize draw is only allocated upon completion of the Imaginative Traveller Tour Recommendations' process at www.imaginative-traveller.com/myholiday. No purchase is necessary.
4. Entries must be submitted to Imaginative Traveller - "The Promoter"
5. Closing date for entries is 28th February, 2010. The winning entrant will be selected from all completed entries, and notified by phone or email.
6. The winning entrant will be chosen randomly by Imaginative Traveller from all completed and valid entries received by the closing date. A valid entry constitutes a completed 'recommended tours' process. Entry is limited to one per person.
7. The winner will be selected at random by Imaginative Traveller representative. The decision is final and not open to challenge.
8. One winner wins two land only places on Galapagos at a Glance to be taken before September 30th 2010.
9. All other costs are the responsibility of the winner, including flights, Local payment and insurances.
10. The prize must be taken before 28th February September 2010.
11. The prize featured cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of similar value at its own discretion.
13. There is no cash or other alternative in whole or part to any of the prizes on offer.
14. The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable and is subject to availability.
15. All information received will be become the property of the Promoter. We are registered under the UK Data Protection Act.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
17. Winners will be contacted directly, entrants can contact Imaginative Traveller to find out the winners name after January 31, 2010.
18. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
