Johannesburg - from the fabulous shopping at Sandton Towers to the fascinating township of Soweto, home to Vilakazi Street (birthplace of both Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Desmond Tutu!), there are many varied attractions to occupy the visitor arriving ahead of a tour or football match.
Pretoria - known as the ‘Jacaranda City’ due to its stunning springtime displays of these gorgeous purple blossoms. Its colourful heritage is reflected in the many museums, monuments, arts and craft markets and numerous open spaces.
