Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and Brazil – yes, this South America tour will take you to all of these countries and will make sure you have experienced all the major highlights along the way.

Your journey begins in Quito, Ecuador. From there you’ll travel to the Amazon jungle before heading south to the dry Sechura Desert of Peru between the Pacific Ocean and the Andes mountain range.

As you push further south through Peru, you’ll explore Lima before heading for Cusco, the heart of the Inca Empire. While here you’ll hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and stay with an Indian family on Lake Titicaca, before arriving in the lofty Bolivian capital of La Paz.

From here, you’ll visit the colonial towns of Potosi, Sucre and Santa Cruz before reaching the Brazilian frontier at Corumba. Close by is one of South Africa’s most famous wildlife areas, Pantanal which you will have the opportunity to visit.

By now you are on the final leg of your South America tour. Heading south you’ll visit the Iguazu Falls and the Atlantic rainforests of the eastern seaboard. Last, by no means least, you’ll arrive at the stunning beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema in the lively, sultry and spectacular Rio de Janeiro.
