This trekking adventure gets you out into the hills of northern Thailand for a rewarding encounter with the fascinating people that inhabit the region. We stay in hotels and hill tribe huts and use a variety of transport, including trains, songthaews and tuk-tuks.
From Bangkok we travel north to Chiang Mai, the base for our four-day trek into the surrounding hills.

During the trek we stay overnight with the local hill tribes and try our hand at elephant riding and bamboo rafting.
