At Imaginative Traveller we pride ourselves on our customer service, experience, and personal knowledge of our tours and of travel in general. We are passionate about travel and would love to talk about it with you, whether you are looking for some inspirational ideas or have questions about the details of a trip you are interested in. Due to COVID-19 we will be operating from April 2021 onwards, on a skeleton staff basis but we will be available to help with existing bookings, to take new bookings for future travel and our Travel in Confidence with Imaginative Traveller policy (which can be found here) will remain in place for as long as necessary. This means that we can be very flexible with your bookings.

Therefore we would ask for your understanding; you will still be able to contact us via email for any requests and our sales team will be able to call you back if you require a phone conversation. Please rest assured that we are still around to answer any queries; it might just take longer than usual for us to get back to you.
