Book and Travel with Confidence

We have cast-iron financial protection through the strength of AITO behind us. We have coupled this with a Traveller’s Confidence Toolkit which includes flexible deposits, a later balance due date and flexible no transfer charges that will ensure you can make a booking with complete confidence and transfer your trip easily. We will also be honouring the price that you booked at if you transfer to a trip to a departure in late 2020 or 2021.

We are reviewing all our health and safety procedures with all our suppliers to ensure that we are able to operate safely. As always, the safety and wellbeing of our travellers, leaders, crew, staff and suppliers is our top priority.

Trip Suspensions

We operate all our Tailor Made trips in line with the travel advice from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. If the UK FCDO should advise against travel to a country or region, we will amend itineraries or cancel trips as required.

For small group trips that are operated through Exodus or Intrepid we are guided by their policy

Our team will be in touch with everyone who has had their trip suspended. if you have any concerns or worries that you wish to discuss, please email us at sales@imtrav.net.

Transferring Clients And Making New Bookings Onto Future Departures
We are currently contacting all those who are booked onto trips where balances are due soon, to talk through all the options.  Things are constantly changing and so we are trying to do this on an individual trip basis.  As you can imagine, this is keeping a small team extremely busy, and so your patience is welcomed and appreciated.

For UK nationals, please use the UK FCDO travel advice per country. Please ensure you go beyond the landing page of each country and read the full advice, paying particular attention to the Entry Requirements and Health sections. For non UK nationals, please ensure you read your home government’s travel advice.

Please be aware that this is a changing situation and you need to check the advice relating not only from your home country and your destination but also any countries that you are transiting through. If you have any questions or concerns then please contact us to discuss your situation.
